Waiting for Violet is Matt's first release as a leader, released in May, 2013 on Dazzle Records.  The album, made up of Matt's original compositions, spans a broad range of musical landscapes, from fiery rock to lush ballads.  The album was written as a tribute to family members who have passed and the lasting inspiration they left.
